Understanding Our Organization

The reasons behind our actions are an important factor in the success of our endeavors. Often efforts fail because the motivation, the why behind the action, is not strong enough to carry it to its intended destination. With that knowledge in mind, it is important to evaluate the reasons behind each of our efforts and decisions. The foundation of Gill Incorporated took into account such considerations from its outset and so we have complete confidence in both the quality and success of our endeavors. Sown in the fertile soil of a true love for engineering, environement, and community; as our team remains connected to these foundations we bear good and plentiful fruit. We produce work that reflects our dedication to shaping and molding ideas, concepts, and dreams into reality.

Gill Incorporated was formed out of a burning desire to endeavor creatively. When one has the opportunity to do these things the effect is amazing. Your work becomes a part of you. It’s your little creation. And personally, as a man, this is kind of an odd way of looking at it, but truthfully it’s the closest thing a man can experience to actual child birth. What I mean is that the work that you produce comes into being through you in way that is unique and particular. The research and the dedication, the preparation and all the nuanced decisions that go into those efforts are the birth pains of a project’s development. So when you get to produce something that is original and personal like that, it’s more than work, it’s a passion; because what you produce is your little baby, your creative contribution to the world. It is a validation that your existence in the world is, in fact, consequential; that what you do matters, and has the potential to reverberate throughout the world and affect others.
